What should I do if I want to reprint a song in my congregation’s bulletin or program?
After you subscribe to HymnPrint.net, you may simply download the music you need from HymnPrint.net. You will need to get permission from the appropriate copyright holder. HymnPrint.net automatically generates permission letters for you. Also, many publishers offer an annual reprint license that will allow you to reprint from their catalogs.
What if I want to reprint a choral or guitar part?
HymnPrint.net only includes music intended for use by the congregation, not the choir or instrumentalist. When appropriate, HymnPrint.net will include a link to the GIA web site where choral versions and other related editions are available for purchase. Also, many of the songs available through HymnPrint.net are drawn from one of GIA’s popular hymnals. GIA hymnals are published in a variety of editions, including those for keyboard, choir, guitar, and C and Bb instruments.
What if I want to change a text or melody for a song downloaded with HymnPrint.net?
The appropriate publisher must grant permission for any changes to music downloaded from HymnPrint.net.
Where can I get an Annual GIA License or a One-time GIA reprint license?

What are the supported browsers?

The TIFF files are designed to be used with any word processing or desktop publishing software.
May I give out my HymnPrint.net username and password?
A HymnPrint username and password may be used for one specific church or institution only. Each church or institution is required to purchase its own HymnPrint.net subscription.
What is the difference between the HymnPrint.net and the HymnPrint CD-ROM?
HymnPrint CD-ROMs are available for three GIA hymnals: Gather Comprehensive, RitualSong, and Catholic Community Hymnal. The CD-ROMs contain the entire contents of these popular hymnals, and may be purchased with a one-time fee. HymnPrint.net includes most (but not all) of the music from Gather Comprehensive, RitualSong, and Catholic Community Hymnal. Some publishers are understandably wary of making their music available over then Internet. However, HymnPrint.net, in addition to the hymnal selections, includes more than 400 new titles published by GIA, but not yet included in our hymnals—songs by Marty Haugen, David Haas, the Taizé Community, the Iona Community, and much more.
